The short version: because our capsules are an ingestible wellness product, we can't accept physical returns for safety reasons  but you're still fully protected. If anything is wrong, or you're simply not satisfied, we'll make it right with a refund or replacement. No shipping things back, no hassle.

Why we don't accept returns

For your safety and the safety of every PeriVida customer, we cannot restock or resell supplements once they've left our facility even unopened. This is a food-safety standard we will never compromise on. The good news: it means you never have to deal with return labels or post office trips. Keep the bottle.

Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We created PeriVida to help you feel like yourself again and if it doesn't do that for you, we don't want your money. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your purchase in full. That's it. No interrogation, no fine print gymnastics.

Refunds & replacements when and how

You're covered in all of these situations:

💛 You're not satisfied with your results — full refund within 30 days of delivery.
📦 Your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — send us a photo and we'll ship a free replacement or refund you, your choice.
🚚 Your order never arrived — if tracking shows no delivery after 14 business days, we'll reship it or refund you in full.

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Email us at support@perivida.com with your order number.
  2. Tell us briefly what happened (a photo helps if the item arrived damaged).
  3. We'll respond within 24–48 hours and process approved refunds right away.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once processed, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at support@perivida.com and we'll do our best to cancel and refund it immediately. Once an order ships, the 30-day guarantee above has you covered instead.
